Weddings

If you are considering getting married or would like to renew your wedding vows, we would be delighted to discuss your special day with you

We have five wonderful, historic buildings in the benefice of Beckington that make an ideal venue for your wedding.

You can arrange a wedding at any our churches if you or your partner or any of your parents live or have lived in the benefice. Even if you have never lived in one of the villages it may still be possible to get married in one of our churches, please be in contact to discuss your options.

We are registered for Church of England weddings.

We enjoy working with couples to shape the ceremony to their requirements and are happy to involve others in the ceremony, including ministers of other denominations. Just talk to us and share your ideas so we can work with you in making the service all that you would want it to be, within the overall guidelines of a Church of England Wedding. For more detailed information about a church wedding please click on the link to the national site Your Church Wedding

To make an initial enquiry about being married in one of our churches, please contact weddings@beckingtonbenefice.org. If you are not yet sure on which church, we will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

Please also be in contact if you are seeking to have your banns read in one of our churches because you live in the parish but are being married elsewhere.
